Of course. Unless we have a ruler that doesnt have that 4mm excess space. ;)

The deadspace on my ruler is 3.5mm, which after adding makes my measurements look more accurate than they are :)

Lol, one of my fav thread topics is when a guy suddenly notices that his ruler actually has 3-4mm that he hasn’t been giving himself credit for. Do I think you should count it? Yes.
Do I count it? No but I am funny that way.
