Fish oil and penis

Then there’s borage oil and evening primrose oil, I wonder if they have estrogenic compounds as well?

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

I prefer peanuts, which have a substance that provides the celular growth (and helped my erections)

But fish oil… hm… I’ll give it a try too ^^

Peanuts are loaded with arginine and lysine, and who knows probably omega 3 fatty acids.

Because inquiring minds want to know:

According to:

Peanut Health and Nutrition Research | The Peanut Institute

One ounce of oil-roasted, salted peanuts contains 4.3 g of Omega 6 fatty acid, and only a trace of Omega 3 fatty acid.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Flax oil is apparently the best source of all essential omega fatty acids. Drawback is you have to keep it refrigerated, and can’t use it in cooking.

How about safflower oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, olive oil? How do they stack up with omega 3’s in mind?

Flax does not have as good balance of DHA vs EPA as fish oil does. That’s why fish oil is the ideal source of omega 3. But certainly it’s a good idea to eat flax too. But not all Omega 3 oils are equal. Some components of the group are harder to get than others and that’s where fish really shines

Thanks for the information, mgus.

The vegetable oils are excellent - for the heart. But it’s the EPA&DHA that has the good effects that I want. Linolenic acid (I think that’s the name) in the vegetable oils is rebuilt in the body to EPA, but at a very low rate. A very large Finnish study showed that people that shifted basically all their dietary intake of fat to flaxseed etc had an increase of EPA equivalent of eating a salmon steak once or possibly twice a week. Not negligeble, but not enough for anything but more than "general health" purposes.

The "Fish oil brands" and "Benefits of fish oil" threads are the Mother of all Fish Oil threads. A good overview of research is found at https://www.oilofpisces.com

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

I prefer fish oil to flax…based on some limited research I have done there are MANY more concerns about the balance of the Omega 3,6,9s…plus, I am a carnivore at heart and like knowing what I consume came from something else living.

Great you should mention that. I bought some Borage oil but I haven’t started taking it yet- is the new big thing, purported to be better than flax. Here is a good article

I don’t think Borage of Evening Primrose iol is high in lingans, but it’s definitely not as high as flax. Nothing is. Unfortunately, phytoestrogens are in a lot off healthy foods.

Question for you. What would be the best amount of fish oil to take? I’ve been taking two capsules a day for a couple of weeks. I was just wondering.
