Fish oil and penis

I just read that the reason fish oil is so effective at reducing heart disease and improving pulmonary health is basically that it increases vein pliability by 30% or something; that this effectively makes them stronger and less likely to clog I suppose.

Maybe fish oil would help reduce dangers in PE such as thrombosis and the general stresses of clamping, etc.

Just an idea thought I’d share. I’m taking fish oil because, although I don’t have proof, I definitely feel like it increases my testosterone levels.

Funny! Yesterday I reading and wondering the same thing. Also, the corpus cavernosa and corpus spongiosum are basically large vascular structures. Maybe it could increase pliability there also?

I started taking it a week ago in an attempt to lower my blood pressure naturally but can’t actually see any obvious benefits so far.

Let me tell you the secret that has led me to my goal: my strength lies solely in my tenacity.

Louis Pasteur

I had read a lot about the benefits of fish oil and Omega 3. I ran it past my Dr., and he said to go for it, that there were indeed cardiovascular benefits. I was taking 1 x 1000mg fish oil (contains 300mg Omega 3) about a year before PE. I bumped it to 3 x 1000mg last winter. Then I started PE in late Dec. I’ve been stretching, clamping, jelqing, and using a noose stretcher all with no ill effects - except some spotting from the clamping that goes away in a day.

If it doesn’t help your unit, it’ll still help your heart. Buy the enteric coated ones (I use Spring Valley at Wal-Mart), otherwise you’ll think you just ate a trout every time you burp.

My personal favorite has been the Carlson bottles. To me it’s easier to just pour a couple spoonfuls than to take a ton of capsules and also the capsules are a lot more expensive. The Carlson has no fish taste at all. It almost tastes good, the slight lemon flavor.

But yeah, I had fish oil before that caused those burps. It was awful.

Everyone should take fish oil internally, but if you choose a topical application it could interfere with your social agenda.

Does this mean you get achieve a more vascular appearance, in your body and your unit, by taking fish oil and exercising (in order to stretch the veins)?

If you drink cod liver oil could you also jelq with it? Would it be absorbed into the skin and thus into the immediate blood stream of your Johnson?

Don’t forget flax seed oil it has omega 3 fatty acids, Ev ening primrose oil, and borage oil has it as well, I just use safflower oil they say it is healthy but I’m not sure how much omega 3 fatty acids it contains.

The omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids are converted into prostaglandins by the body, these are responsible for many functions, but the sexual dimension is that they relax the penis to allow an erection to occur as well as nitric oxide. Having a good level of these will mean many more spontaneous erections, as well as stretchy penis. If they are depleted, by ejaculation, then prostaglandin e2 is more abundant which has an inflammatory effect and makes the flaccid penis stiff.

kbvk,

in one of the long fish oil threads I’ve posted links to percentage of various toxins in fish oil brands - note that since cod are predators, the build-up of mercury, PCB and so on is higher in cod liver oil than in fish oil (pressed meat). I personally would take warning.

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

mgus: I’m very interested in reading the post you’ve mentioned. Couldn’t find it in a search. Little help? Great topic.

There’s a brand of fish oil that I get from Whole Foods that’s supposed to be certified mercury free and with extremely low levels of the above mentioned toxins. Forget the brand. Blue label. Have you heard of such health food store botique oils- and what do you think of their claims if you have?

Perhaps flaxseed oil is a viable alternative to fish oil, beings mercury may be a problem. But I vaguely remember I could be wrong that someone said that flax is estrogenic, I don’t know.

I also read that flax is estrogenic, but the oil, once removed from the seed, is not. I hope it’s not because I use a lot of it when I’m dieting.
