What is a good schedule. 6 on one off alternating length and girth? Or just what ever your body feels like.

What ever you do, start slowly! Six on and 1 off is probably going to do more harm than good if you’re not used to it - you need to work up to these things otherwise you’re asking for injury. Try 2 on and 1 off to start with and work up from there over weeks and months - it’s initially very easy to overtrain which will be counterproductive to gains.

Many are of the opinion that going for length first is probably the most successful option. Once you have achieved the length you want then concentrate on girth.

nearly half way to my short term girth goal but nothing in length yet… think I should go for lenth exclusively?

Absolutely! Length seems easier to get if you have less girth. Think of the old rubber band analogy - which is easier to stretch, a thin rubber band or a thick one?

Well I have to lay off jelqing for a while cause of this donut thing that wont go away, but you think stretching intensly for say 30min would get me some length or do I need to jelq. The reason I ask is because I can just stick with the routine I am on until the donut thing goes away and then do a langth only so I am not wasting my time with stretching thats not working. Thanks.
