Okay, first of all, can someone explain the definite difference between these two?

Second, I’m wondering whether or not I’m doing this right: I’m on the bed in laying position, usually on one of my sides, I lift one leg up, grasp my penis with foreskin behind the glans, mildly pull it between the legs and put the leg back down. From there I can get in any position (on stomach, back or any side) while maintaining stretch with my closed legs. However, my penis is not between the cheeks, but simply between my legs. Is that fine as well or does it really have to be between the cheeks, literally? Am I actually stretching the shaft or am I on a good way to unnecessarily stretched skin? I already have mild turkey neck (pre-PE) and don’t want to worsen it. I do this every evening for 3-4 sets of 10-15 minutes and I’ve started doing it around a week ago.

How do you do it? Help me before it’s too late. :D

The difference between BTC and Fowfer is this. BTC is held by you (Your hand) throughout the entire stretch.
“fowfer” is held by your butt/body weight and not as intense of a stretch.

As for your bed stretching inquiry I cannot help you out.

A fowfer is an exercise (a type of BTC stretch), and BTC is just a direction (between the cheeks).

UpTo7, I use bed fowfers a lot and like them because I can kegal with my hang between my legs and feel my dick flex when doing them. Also, I tell my dick when going to sleep, that He’s bigger every day.
BTC is great when you can sit a the computer and get a great stretch. I feel these mostly benefit flaccid length and stretch the foreskin,which I want.

I’ve done the BTC stretch a few times but I pull the foreskin back before I sit. It’s not really easy to do, but I’m trying to avoid any skin stretching. When I do it correctly it’s a really good stretch that I hope will result in good flaccid gains.

BTC, I wouldn’t grab ah-old of the actual end but instead slightly lower with the foreskin back and hold it. Most people do this when standing but I’m sure laying down is fine. 15minutes of that sounds plenty enough. Oh and Fowfer is to get flaccid length gains, it doesn’t really pull on any ligaments. If you can pull between your bum cheeks then that’s more of an angle but it wouldn’t make much of a difference if you don’t.
