Gain Indications?

Gain Indications?

I wonder if any of you VETS out there, or anyone comfortable with the anatomy of the penis, such as WestLA and Luvdadus (please excuse the spelling if incorrect), can give me a brief outline of any symptoms that MAY characterise potential PE gains, for example:

Stretched lig pain
Pain behind the scrotum

Anyone experienced other physical discomfort or made observations that preceded penile gains (either in the form of length or girth)?

Thanks boyz

Pain is bad and may in fact result in set-backs, not gains. Whatever you are doing to cause your pain - stop doing.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

If the word “pain” comes to your mind when describing what you are feeling after or during your workouts, you are doing something wrong.

Check it out guys, no need to have a big dick if you ain't gonna use it!!

I actually wondered about such a thing,too.

When I work out in the gym, I usually push myself and try to feel the burn in my muscles, and accept that as a nice work out. I consider this as pain.

I thought that could be extrapolated to PE exercises. When I felt some sort of strain or pain on my penis, and after my workout, a bit of soreness…all these would indicate PE is doing its job.

So should I reduce the intensity not to feel such things…?

Yes and now i havent managed to exercise for two weeks because of sharp stabbing feelings when i jelq anyway i hope to get back into the programme soon.

I’d consider that feeling an injury pain.

However, after I give a good stretch session, the next day my ligs might ache a bit when I am pulling on them in my next stretch session. I don’t think that’s bad. I’ve felt a bit of aching and things like that once in a while in my tunica/ligs, and my flaccid bone pressed has gained considerably since I’ve started PE. But the pain isn’t sharp- it’s a mild aching with the ligaments and goes away after I re-stretch them.

PEing since Jan 1st, 2003

Exactly, Wt282. I also feel a mild aching sensation in my ligs the morning after a stretching session, and as I understand it (from reading various posts over the last month), this sort of pain is fully justifiable and can in fact indicate proper execution (of the exercises).

Another indicator (acording to a post by, I think, WestLA) of correct execution with respect to jelquing is that one may feel a slight (temporary) pain behind the scrotum, which implies an exercised tunica.

As for pain AFTER exercise, no, I can’t say I really feel any. The only ‘pain’ (if you can call it that) I feel is the type mentioned above, and pressure in the glans during jelquing. Other than that, nada.

Cheers, and thanks for the responses boyz.
