We definitely have a lot to learn, LM.

Once we establish the perfect amount of tension (that which is more lose than tight, so as to allow for maximum expansion) and then apply it to the IPR theory, I think we will ALL be seeing great gains when it comes to the ever-so-desire girth of penises.

MX: Thanks for your post. By the way (and I know this has probably been asked a thousand times), but how did you gain your 1.5” of girth?

I just wanted to add an update.

I’ve been seeing a substantial amount of expansion since loosening up my clamp. I really think, as MX said, clamping down to the point of maximum expansion and not looking to strain or clamp down any further during the set is the way to go for me. I’m grateful to you for bringing it to my attention quik4life!

I’ve hit 5.5” on my final set, whereas in the past I’ve never exceeded 5.3”. That’s about a half inch expansion over my standard girth of 5” which is great for me because I rarely exceeded 0.25” expansion in my previous clamping sessions.

Girth has been such a struggle for me, but I think I’m finally making some headway!

Hey Q4L,

I have thought about it, and I may give IPR a shot if my current routine isn’t yielding any gains.

I’ve still been getting great expansion, however, so with my current progress I think I’ll continue what I’m doing.

I just got back into PE, after a very long hiatus (sparse, intermittent routines over the past 10 months). This will be my 4th week coming back with consistency and I’ve been upping my sets as the weeks progress.

I’m now at the traditional 3x10 minutes…whereas I started off with 1x10 and moved to 2x10. I also have a 10 minute jelq warm-up using EVO. I go 5 days on 2 days off.

We’ll see where it gets me.

Hi everyone!

I myself will try the IPR theory :) , but with some modification.

Day one: Jelquing + stretching (I) —-> ADS 6h high tension (P)
Day two: ADS 12h low tension (P)
Day three: Rest (R)

Cycle this and take a longer brake after 1 month.
Increase the amount, intensity of the routine as the month proceeds.
I think its good to make the proliferation phase one day longer
so that the penis really heals in expansion.

When ADSing, I suggest you try out xenolith’s suggestion and ADS with a cockring on. This is what helped him cement his girth gains.
