What do you guys think of this? Is it beneficial to watch some porn and purposely get your unit hard after you’re done hanging for the day? Is there anyone who does this and swears to it’s benefits?

No erection after hanging for me, but I do like to do some stretching sometimes. My dick feels so defeated after hanging that it doesn’t resist my stretches at all. I really feel the stress at that point. It’s like doing that last rep on the bench.

Im completely the opposite when I take my BIB off and start manual stretches pretty soon I’m dry jelqing and before I know it I’ve got a raging hard on. This makes multiple sets challenging and time consuming.

Nobody knows for sure. PE is not (yet) an exact science. You’ll find plenty of guys who jerk off after hanging and others who don’t. Some have gained in each category; others haven’t.

One common line you’ll hear is that you should avoid orgasm within a few hours after PE, as it will cause the dick to shrivel up and inhibit possible gains from staying in a relatively extended state. I don’t really buy this, but it may be.

From what I have noticed, getting blood to the penis is always a good thing. Especially after you take the proverbial bat to it ala PE. I find that if I get frequent erections through out the day that it does help with the healing process. This is really a well known factoid that blood flow -> nutrients-> healing.

There are some people who think it is better to keep the deformed state and would argue this is a bad thing if done too fast. I do not know whether this is true, but I always think faster healing time is more practical even at the expense of some gains, if any. How else are any of us going to make Anna’s bulge thread? :)
