All day hanging

Has anyone tried hanging light weights (1 or 2 lbs) all day? I dont really have the time or privacy to hang heavy weights, but I thought maybe hanging light weights all day might have some benefit.

Do a search for the “circle device” or “bikers hang”. I have not heard of guys making gains with these.
