Girth Blasters New Jelq Technique

Just read a great post from years ago by “gprent”. He describes a new jelq technique I was not aware of before. I tried this last night and it is going to take some time to get it down. The squeezing hand stays at the base until the other hand is there to replace it. This seems to be a real improvement over my previous technique. I will stay persistent until I get it down. And just a shout out to all the great posters who are educating me on my journey in PE to overcome ED. Thanks to everyone contributing to the forum!

I tried that a while ago but as I was moving the hand along the shaft started to feel a sharp pain at the CS close to the glans + glans.

What is the best erection level for this technique? 80%?100%?

“Erect but flexible” so yes, probably 80%.
At 100% not very effective
