Girth Blasters New Jelq Technique

I just started incorporating these into my routine, but I can tell there is a huge difference after about 5 minutes. It just feels meaty and thick. Great exercise guys, thanks to ALL who recommended it. Definitely keeping this in my routine.

I’d say I’m usually 90-100% erect. I start out with a full erection then it goes down a bit. The important thing is that the penis is well engorged

This “Girth Blaster” Technique is a great exercise to put into the routine. I call it a “Uli Jelq” from time to time.

I saw that you gained 3/8 inch of girth in 2 1/2 months with the girth blaster. Did you also gain 3/8 inch in length? I’m working on a theory that might just apply here. Thanks.

My length is up 1/4 since starting the blasters. I did see your question in the other thread and answered it there. I am going to continue this exercise at least till the end of the year.

Do you do a similar exercise? Any hints on your theory? I guess if you are ready for your theory, you should start a new thread.

I am a newbie to PE. This seems like a really good jelq technique. I would like to know if I should implement this into my routine at the 1 month mark. Or, should I wait until I have been doing PE for 6 weeks? 8 weeks?

It’s probably best to wait at least 6 weeks and when you do begin this technique, don’t go at it too hard. With this method you can apply a lot of internal force, so get used to it at a moderate level. Even now, I take the first couple of minutes to start this technique at a low pressure and work my way up to my regular workout pressure. Remember, you can vary the time of your stroke and include squeezes as a part of this technique.

I think I might have come across a bit of erection difficulties do to this exercise.. I really do not know though, because it is hard to where to place the blame.

When you do these girth strokes, do you jelq downwards? Being that the grip of choice for this one is palms down, it would seem natural to slide your jelqing hand downward like you’re milking a teat, right? Plus you can use gravity to your advantage as the blood rushes to the glans as you push it there.

Hey! Here is a girth exercise I got from a PE program I found on the web (I am new here but I’m not new to PE). I never tried it for a significant amount of time cause I’m not specifically looking to gain girth, but the few times I did this exercise, I sure did see the tip of my dick take huge width. It is a bit like the “girth blaster”

-Start with a very slightly erect penis (+-30%)
-Squeeze the base of the penis with a reverse ok grip(with these fingers pressing against your pubic bone)
-Then, you alternate finger squeezes with powerful kegals. What you want to do is to push more blood into your penis with each kegal and avoid it from going away by squeezing the base of the penis.
-The harder your penis gets, the longer you squeeze with your fingers (up to 25-30 sec. per squeeze)
-You can squeeze with two fingers at the base of the penis if you want to add more pressure.

Since this exercise will eventually be performed with a full, or near full erection, Be CAREFUL!

How does this compare to clamping/ double clamping? I clamp every other day for 20 minutes and half of that time I am double clamped. I haven’t measured yet but I think I am a little thicker after 2 months.

Clamping restricts blood flow while girth blasters promote blood flow. I think blood flow is good.

Sounds interesting. I may have to try these.
