First lets clear up palms down. I mean palms facing away from you or facing toward the ground. So when you grip with you left hand, your fingers are on the right side of your penis.

This should solve your problem getting your free hand in behind the other and clamping at the base. The lube gets all over my hands when I do this.

As far as your hands getting tired goes, like I said, take a break every 5 minutes for 20-30 seconds to shake out your fingers and hands and if using KY, to dip into your water. This should make a big difference in recovery for your hands.

Once you change to “palms down” you will notice things go better I think.

I have only been PEing for 3 weeks now. Would you recommend i wait a while before doing this instead of my normal jelq? What i like about this is the hand that pinches at the base can hold the skin back and prevent it from stretching towards the head. Currently i do a similar jelq except the hand at the base doesnt squeeze, it is used only to hold the skin back.

You can start incorporating this into your routine now. I would warm up jelqing with your current method and then convert over to this method for a couple of minutes, but gently at first. Over the course of several sessions, you can add more time and begin using more pressure as you jelq this way. When you become fully conditioned, this method can generate maximum internal pressure, so you want to make sure you work this into your routine in a sensible manner. You are in control, so take your time and soon enough, I predict, this will become one of your favorite exercises.

It works better when the hands are properly positioned, no doubt about it, but it still feels quite awkward for me. Hopefully with time I’ll get used to it. Anything that gives me a girth gain will be fantastic in my book.

I started this last week, and the day after I started it was the first time my girlfriend said “it feels bigger.” I think her exact words was “It feels bigger, like wider.”

Due to that I have decided this is the only way to jelq :D However, I have found 1 problem and that is when I stick my replacing hand under my holding hand I sometimes grab the tip of my balls… Does anyone else have this problem?

What I try to achieve with this technique is that every time my hand slides in at the base and squeezes, that my cock engorges to maximum proportion, so that it feels just huge in the jelqing hand. What I do now with the jelqing hand is to squeeze it strongly, about 4 times, as I jelq it down the length of the shaft. This has the effect of distributing the pressure over the entire shaft length and I think will eliminate any baseball bat effect. At least for now, my cock continues to have a lot of base expansion and is very thick along the entire length.

So, to answer the question, as long as your 80% level lets you achieve a maximum engorgement effect when you squeeze at the base, then I think your girth increases will progress.

When I am totally hard and do this, I squeeze less with the jelqing hand until my erection subsides a bit, as the internal pressure is quite intense. You must feel your way through this exercise and make adjustments as you go.

1) Do you kegel at any point during the exercise?

2) Maybe you haven’t measured recently, but have you gotten any girth gains (any at all) during the time you have been doing these Girth Blaster? If so, how long have you been doing them?

I do not kegel, and I only measure my girth at the biggest point and did’nt measure anywhere else. It seems that it has gained girth at the base and the head a lot but the biggest point is still at 4.5 =/

This is a nice hard exercise, good advice gprent.

I’ve had this exercise incorporated in my PE routine right from the start (for nearly a year). I do this exercise for 10 minutes. I like to kegel blood in before each stroke, and I stroke upwards towards the head and also do a downward stroke towards the base after.

Besides that I do 180 regular jelqs…

I also do that other girth exercise Dino talked about in the first page of this thread (I like to call them pressure squeezes). Basically you get hard, trap the blood inside the penis with an OK grip at the base with one hand, then using your other hand squeeze the top-centre part of the shaft with your thumb and two other fingers on the bottom-centre part of the shaft. I squeeze for 3 seconds then move up the shaft a little and repeat till I reach the head. I then move downwards with the squeezing till I reach the base and start again. I do this for 4 minutes and apply a lot of pressure. My cock really gets pumped by the end of these exercises.

I’ve gotten good girth gains with these exercises and some others I have in my program. I’ve grown from 5.5” girth to 6.4” girth, that’s where I’m at now. I’m shooting for 7” EG

I call them “squeeze jelqs”…be careful with the pressure…they can cause thrombosed veins if you go too quickly…

Basically you place the thumb of the second hand on the top part of the shaft and also place the index and middle fingers of the same hand on the bottom part of the shaft and squeeze for 3 seconds. Can you picture this? You are grabbing the shaft with the thumb from the top and with the other two fingers from the bottom and applying pressure for 3 seconds.

You start from the base then move up the shaft a little (an inch or a bit less) and squeeze again in the same manner for another 3 seconds. Continue moving up the shaft and squeezing until you reach the head, then move back down to the base with the squeezing and start again.

I do this for 4 minutes. I usually take a break after 2 minutes.

This is a strenuous exercise for the penis so it’s important to watch your penis and stop if there’s pain. I do this exercise at the end of my PE routine and right after it I shake my penis and massage it for a minute or two. I’ve been doing this for nearly a year and my cock has grown stronger from PE and more used to these types of workouts. But it’s important to take it easy at the start.
