Girth Exercise ?
I do an exercise after Jelqing where I grab the base tightly, and the head with the other hand at the same time, then squeeze both at the same time. I do these in sets of 10, kegaling blood in between each rep. Then after a set of 10 I hold it for 30 secs. I do this for 5 sets and really get a good pump out of it for lack of a better term. I can’t find a name or video of this on here, so I’m not sure if anyone else likes these or has tried it, but I really like them…
