Question for the guys who have made good girth gains whats your favorite exercise?

I have gained an inch in girth and my favorite is the modified horse squeeze
and 100% erect jelqing and squeezes with a bend here and there.

Not including any combinations with pumping, I get good results from getting almost erect, squeezing at the base with one hand, squeezing right below the head with the other hand, kegeling while squeezing both ends of my dick and holding this for a count of 20, then repeat. Works well for me.

My second best exercise is to get almost erect, squeeze firmly at the base with one hand and then bend my dick upwards with the other hand (V-bend).

Caution: newbies, be careful if attempting these. Your dick has to be acclimated first to avoid injuries.

Dino, I am making my gains mainly doing dry jelquing at 90% erection and manual squeezing. I get hold of my dick at the base, perform a kengel and jelque squeeze towards the head to achieve a full engorgement, to a count of 40. I have kind of developed a bigger girth 6” just below the head getting a kind of a baseball bat form.

I have now introduced horse squeezes between the jelquing 10 repeats in between every 40 hard jelques

PEforeal, can I ask a question?

Your girth routine looks VERY similar to mine. The only difference is that I slowly (~3 seconds) bring the hands together when I do the squeeze. Like a jelq-squeeze.

But how many of those squeezes do you do? And how often? Could you elaborate on your routine, how many squeezes and how many bends?

I ask because I’m currently stalled on the girth gains over the last month, after making a .3 inch gain for the first 3 months. I think I may be doing too much. I’m doing the squeezes for 20 minutes, with some of those V-bends thrown in plus some regular jelqs, for a total of 30 minutes. That’s the girth routine alone. I do this 4 to 5 times a week. Do you think I’m doing too much, too often?

3 long years bro, I’m a slow and steady gainer and as time goes on it seems for me gains get harder to come by. But I’m 8.25x6.5 so I don’t have the killer instinct I used to have to gain.

I have been mostly in a length gain mode for the last three months and I’m think I have made some gains but I won’t confirm them until next week.

You should add a little hanging so you don’t get the baseball bat thing going on or at least some stretches, they will help increase your base girth.

Slow, hard jelqs from the very base to the head at 80-90% have given me my 1” EG gain (and this was unknowing at the time, I just did jelqs but I’d get too hard & have to quit, then start again - so I was doing “girth jelqs” without even knowing it). I also did some holds - do a few strong kegals then grip base & hold for 1 min., also did some Ulis at end of each session.

Now, if I could get another 1-1.25” EL I’d be a happy camper.

I don’t know but if you are doing too much then I’m doing way too much. My girth routine takes about an hour, 5 days on 2 days off, and I consider myself still taking it easy.

Metal Ed,

I only do about 10 at a time (both squeezes and bends), performed anytime and as often during the day as I can when I have free and private moments. I’m not a fanatic about maintaining an exact time clock. I think the all-day stimulations work well for me, rather than just one concentrated timeframe for my PE routines. I don’t ever have my dick feeling too overworked like it used to feel early on in my PE career when I used to stay on a once/day, regular and more intense routine.

I don’t think you’re necessarily doing too much. I just think your dick has gotten accustomed to what you are doing and needs to have some variety and surprises thrown at it. For me personally, I’ve always found that variety in both techniques(squeezing, jelqing, pumping, stretching,hanging…) and time has helped to keep my dick guessing and growing either girthwise (faster) or lengthwise (more slowly). So maybe try to switch up on your routines, do them at shorter intervals but more often during the day, etc. and see if this helps to jumpstart new gains for you. Good luck.

Absolutely! Pumping helped me and continues to help me with my girth gains. My pumping experience has taught me, though, that less is more when it comes to pumping. If you are using pumping with other techniques to try to increase girth size, I strongly suggest pumping for no more than 30-45 minutes per day and every other day. I’m convinced that the dick responds better to PE growth induced by pumping with a rest day from pumping in between. You can still continue to do squeezes, jelqing, bends, etc., but the pumping rest should be done.

Although, I’ve done longer pumping sessions for fun and games just to see how far I could go, these types of sessions, I believe, are counterproductive to longterm dick growth.

So for dick growth using pumping, be somewhat conservative. For fun, that’s another story.

I guess my response should be in the Pumper’s Forum, but I guess this one time is okay.

Thanks Dino, I have never tried hanging in the 22 months I have been PEing, though I do manual stretches. I have been doing the horse squeeze in the last 4 weeks and have kind of noticed the mid shaft kind of getting thicker, I am already at 9’ x 6’ none bone pressed and was hoping to get to at least 6.5 girth

Thanks Dino, I have been a bit slow in gaining girth as compared with length which can mainly in my first year of PE, I already feel different with inclusion of horse squeezes in my routine I hope they will eventually do the girth trick
