Girth question

Is there any other method that increases girth permanently other than jelqing?

and is the other methods are they as good as jelqing,lesser quality or better?

i know that pumping increases girth but temporarily.

i will appreciate any feedback.

There are other methods, but generally you shouldn’t try them until you’ve been jelqing for a few months or you risk serious injury.

Pumping works but the benefit-to-risk ratio makes it a less viable alternative. I think that trapping of some form (be it manual or by clamping) works well. And the Uli is probably the best girth exercise there is and it is only moderately like a jelq.
