Girth theory: Pumping vs. clamping

Can you explain more on the clamped bends and how you did them?

Maybe it’s bending jelqs when clamping. I tried it it’s very effective. Want also details about your routine.

@anyone, at the start of this thread, people report low EQ with air pumping, I have had better EQ with water pumping, does anyone have Water pumping and Clamp experience? I don’t have Clamp experience yet but would like to hear from others

I use the bathmate and clamp as well. I find that clamping prior to bathmate is better. I usually feel pretty fatigued after the bathmate.

I used foam and it gave good suction behind the seal.

I have great success so far with air pumping. No EQ problems. I do daily, 15 min AM and 15 min PM.
