I just read this thread and I have to say that most of the people just don’t seem to understand what Alice is trying to say. Base and a couple others seem to get it but others seem to be just throwing rocks at the hornets’ nest.I think it is disrespectful to keep badgering Alice for his routine and stats when he has politely stated that he chooses not to post them.
Alice is doing things that he has analyzed to be effective for him. Each person’s body may respond differently to PE. Learn to listen to how YOUR body responds to exercise to see if you should increase or decrease your workout. This will allow your workout to evolve and improve.
Think for yourself. Don’t let other people’s success/failure limit YOUR success. Let others’ experiences guide you and then take that information and build on it. Lemmings can never soar like eagles.
For years many pro athletes have put aside sexual release before a sporting event. How exactly masturbation affects PE, I don’t know. That is a choice each of us has to make as part of our workouts. Like all aspects of PE, listen to how your body responds and choose if you want to do it or not.
