Happy Birthday Roussie!!

It’s that time of year again when one who goes by the name of Roussie gets to having a Birthday..

I do try to forget it. Honestly I do, but I get things like “Don’t forget R!!! You know who’s birthday painted on windows etc. And the advertising mail (I’m being polite here) contains letters and pamphlets all on the theme of Birthdays

So I’m resigned to doing my duty for Roussie and Country. Now where do I finish .. Err, start.

First of all a couple of :gulp: :gulp: s in the time honoured fashion and away we go.

Well Folks it’s that time of.. Ooops !

So Roussie. I’ve managed to remember your day of action when you present all of us with a gold sovereign for each year of your life. Shaking hands with us and whispering ‘Get well soon’ As we wish you Happy Birthday . So I have rallied everyone in T’s Place to come along .

Seriously though Roussie, we miss your good humour, and I may say impeccable manners. But forgive your absences, as we know you are dedicated to serving your community, and have very little of time to yourself, and we honour you for that.

So although we don’t hear from you very much . Our wishes to you for this day are as strong as ever, and so it is:
