Has anyone tried ruler stretching?

Has anyone tried ruler stretching?

I usually stretch during the day every time I take a piss and since I am also into powerlifting I like the way of seing progress so I can better see where Im headed in my training. In powerlifting you want to increase the weightloads every week even if it is just a little.
Since I want to be able to see the same progress in PE I measure all the time. Dead stretch mostly because I feel that is where you gain before it shows in the erect state.

I have drawed a measuring line an inch above my bellybutton so that every time Im stretching DLD’s blasters or german pulls I try to get past that line. It has worked good and I move it further every month. Measuring with a ruler when you stretch is also good, however this could be dangerous since it can easily hurt the top ligs if you are measuring BP.

Anyone else who does something similar?

This has become the reason I injure myself. I will sit there and try to reach the 12” mark, and try, and try untill I end up hurting myself. I have to say that it does really give me a good stretch but 2 times, so far, I have ripped the small piece of skin that connects the head to the shaft *ouch* repair time on that lasts into 4 weeks!

Talk about OUCH man!

I have not injured myself from it other than just some stinging in the area where the top ligs are, but thats just temporary pain. I think that one have to be very careful with this kind of stretching but it can also be a very incouraging technique.

Kind of…

My outstretched hand spans 8.75 inches, and I know where every line and knuckle inbetween measure. So I use that as a bone pressed point-of-reference when working out to make sure I’m getting the stretch I should be getting, and that I’m being consisent.

Is much more comfortable than jamming a ruler into my pubic bone all the time. I do have to watch that my hand is stretched fully though.

German pulls ? Never heard of it.

what are german pulls?

German pulls are when you stretch towards the bellybutton and do a kegle while stretching.
