Heat

I’ve been using my infra red lamp alot during my routine and I’ve had really good gains, I find heat is really important!

My erect is the same, maybe a bit more girth but my flaccid is much bigger!

Make sure your all doing your hot wraps!

Yea applying heat seems to be much imporant.. Better blood flow -> better performance. I’m now experimenting with re-applying heat 2 times when jelqing.
