help for length routine
Hi guys I think it’s enough time that I’m in this world to try some quite advanced techniques. I introduced some erect bends in my routine (about 20-30 minutes jelqing after 10 minutes stretching), and I think I’m becoming accustomed to it. I would like to introduce also some advanced stretching exercises to speed up lenght gains, but I didn’t found specific routine for length. Is there anyone who is working exspecially for length?I need your help
