My friend was jelqing and bending his fully erect penis upward and he said he heard a loud crack sound and when flaccid, his penis is swollen.
When erect, the right side is soft and the left side is hard, the penis bends left now
What should he do? He doesn’t feel any pain on his penis, but I think he must have bent it out of shape or something, cracking noise?
What could that be? He will be seeing the doctor about it.
What do you guys recommend he do?

It sounds bad to me, but I have no experience with this one. See what the experts here say, but if it was my penis I would be on my urologist’s doorstep first thing in the AM regardless.

Definitely sounds like a fractured penis . He should be on his way to a urologist as soon as possible.
Sounds like he ripped his connective tissue, explaining the bulge on the side. To repair that kinda thing, ….oh boy, surgery is the only option, I believe. If someome knows more, please post!

Erect bends are not a newbie exercise, I have been doing PE for almost 4 years and if I do an occasional bend I really only bent my dick slightly maybe an inch each way. When I hear about guys trying to make horse shoe’s out of there dick it scares the shit out of me.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I think there’s also a common misunderstanding… People say a lot that they should be done fully erect, which is not true. If you try to bend your dick with 100% rock-hard erection, you know what’ll happen. Also I agree with JAPP, that this exercise isn’t worth the trouble it can cause.
