I started doing a new girth exercise. Wanted everyone to try it or see what they thought about it.

Basically with about a 70 percent erection you grip your cock with both hands in the ok position about two inches apart and push inward, trapping the blood between your hands. With a tight grip you can really feel the penis expand in the area in-between. You can do this over different areas to cover the entire length of your cock

How many repititions do you do and how long to you hold each squeeze?

I do 5 reps, 15 seconds hold and with a kegel while holding….
