Hold vs. ULI

Did some research but just trying to understand 100%

A basic hold is when you grasp the base of your dick and pinch off trapping blood in the shaft, right?

Is it still a hold if you decide to kegal blood in and re-trap?

Then ULI is when you do the above steps, and proceed to slowly move your clamped hand up the shaft, right?

Kegeling more blood in is fine. A Uli is basically a hold, just with pulling outward to increase the pressure. The blood should be trapped well enough that your hand doesn’t slide completely up the shaft.
