Homemade Power JELQ

Hi Rod. I didn’t use duct tape on my construction because the medical grade foam tubing was a tight enough fit on the plastic rollers as is. As for the bearings, I just got some where the outer diameter was a little less than the diameter of the plastic rollers and the Inner bore of the bearings was about the same as, or a fraction bigger than, the diameter of the metal parts that clip into either end of the rollers. Then I just used a drill to enlarge the holes either end of the plastic rollers so that the bearings would slot in flush with a tight fit.

I have to say that the homemade jelq roller is not entirely the success I would have hoped because, on the the jar lifter that forms its basis, the following problems become apparent:

A) the rollers are not really long enough and
B) the metal jar lifter frame, which is just a metal rod bent into shape, is slightly misaligned

The combination of which means that, while jelqing with it, the shaft of the penis rides over to the edge of the rollers and the “scissor action pivot joints” tend to catch on and pinch the glans or the skin of the penis shaft. Ouch!

I have tried to re-bend the metal frame into a better alignment but with limited success which is a shame because, when you can control it enough to avoid any lateral drift of the shaft off the rollers, it gives the penis a good workout!
