I gained over an inch of girth from jelqing in my first year of PE. With no maintenance, I have maintained that for the past 10+ years.


Starting stats NBPEL 6" x EG 4.125" --> Mar 2008 NBPEL 7" x EG 5.25" Current Stats 6" NBPEL x 6" EG (Post 1st Round PMMA)

I have had a hiatus of over a year from proper routine. Jumping back into it lately. My first measurement showed almost negligible reduction in length, but back to the start, girth wise (not that I gained much in the first place).

Edit: I have done very little in the way of maintenance, mainly just the odd stretch here and there in the shower. Hardly anything. Ymmv, I would say get the gains and then worry about all this, best of luck.

Resting with the intention to begin again with a set date is part of this plan for me.

And try different things.

If there is one thing that stands out in all of this is that we are all slightly different and have find out what works best individually.
