Honest truth about permanent gains

What is the honest truth about how temporary/permanent gains from jelqing/stretching/hang etc are? If I were to say have gained in inch over the course of 6 month, what can I expect my member to look like if I completely stopped jelqing for a whole year? I would prefer to hear from those who’ve quit jelqing completely in the past.

I took a year off and didn’t lose any size. There comes a time when your growth becomes cemented and it will never be the same again.

I was 7” then gained some. . stopped for a little bit, lost some size started again and got bigger, and then eventually was 8.5. took over a year off and dropped to about 8 on a good day. now I am back up a tiny tiny bit above 8.6. What I learned is, after you reach your goal you should do a routine after to keep the size and like Titleist says… cement the gains

You don’t lose gains that often. And a lot of the time, even when you’ve plateaued, continuing your routine will cement what you do have even if you aren’t gaining. Big losses are usually from newbies who had their newbie gains of like 1” and then dropped PE after hitting the goal like a hot potato the first day they measured a full inch bigger then they wonder where like .5” of it went in 4 months.

If you stay diligent, I want to say 6 months or so but don’t quote me, from the last time you measured then you’ll maintain that size. Generally. Keep in mind your routine may be lightweight, heavyweight and I don’t know how well or easily you’ll cement your gains as I don’t know your penis but…in my experience I haven’t lost more than where I was 6 months prior when I have lost gains.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

From the available resources here on Thunder’s I would say from no loss at all to half of the gains tops

You never get your original size again. That’s long gone.

So to cement gains you must do the same routine for 6 months minimum? How does one test if the gains are permanent? Would I have to stop for an entire month?

That would be a good way to check.

The best thing to do is to never stop and have some kind of maintanance routine, say twice a week 10 minutes of stretches and jelqs.

You won’t lose a thing.

I feel like I have maxed out my gains using the newbie routine for nearly two years now. My routine has consisted of 10-20m of stretching followed by 20m of jelqing (150-200 jelqs) and I’m quite certain that I’m as conditioned to stretching and jelqing as I can get. I have also been using heat as part of my regimen for about a year. I started pumping almost three months ago along with a reduced stretching/jelqing routine that generally follows a 3 days on, 1 day off schedule. I’m wondering if I could get away with just pumping at this point and hope to make gains. My pumping sessions now consist of two or three 10-15m sets at 4-5 Hg. Would it be advisable to stay with stretching and jelqing while increasing my pumping session duration or just make the break to pumping only?

Sorry for high-jacking this thread in my last post by requesting pumping guidance. Regarding permanent gains, from my experience I believe that I have made permanent gains even though I haven’t taken any significant breaks from PE along the way to test the theory. I’ve gained an inch in length and at least a half-inch in girth but it’s taken literally years. And adding pumping has definitely helped even in only three months (especially girth). The advice from Titleist has been very helpful to me so that’s why I interjected my question.

I’m naturally 7.5 x 4.9 and when I jelqed, excuse me, did PE I normally bump up to 8 inches in length in about 3 weeks then plateau horribly. The biggest I’ve been is 8.3 and the second I missed an exercise went to 8.1. Took about a week for me to down hill back to 7.75 and 2 total weeks and I was back at my base size. Cementing is like bulking. I would PE at least a total inch above goal so when the gains subside you’ll probably make at least .25 in permanent profit. I never used any devices so that might be why I lost them so quickly. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
