Permanent Girth Gains

Anyone have any info on how to keep girth gains permanent? For instance, I am at about 6” EG and would like to be 6.5+ EG… I am pretty sure that if I stop at 6.5 that I will lose about 1/4 or so. So, if I want 6.5+ should I go to 6 3/4” and then taper off to help maintain? My end goal is to have a penis the size, or close to, that of an “EDGE” gel shaving cream can. It’s about 8.5” x 6.3/4” (the one with 33% more free :) ) Anyhow, if anyone has any info let me know. I am looking for a solid asnwer. If you have kept a very good detailed log of you gains and the end results, you are who I want to hear from.

Your technique is the way to go. Work past your target and then continue to cement your gains. How long it takes to cement the gain is the variable factor. I would count on about 3 months of girth work at the 6.75 level to cement in a 6.5 girth.

I don’t know first hand, but from everything I’ve read your theory sounds like it should work. I’ve been PEing off and on for five years and I have read a lot of articles on the subject. I just need to focus and start gaining myself. Hope this helps!


Start: 6-3/8” NBPEL 5-1/8” EG

Goal: 7-1/2” NBPEL 6”+ EG

It seems that girth gains are the toughest to cement. Most guys will at least lose girth if they stop PE. The problem is, over time, you might continue to lose girth. I’ve lost nearly 1/3” of EG after I scaled back my jelqing routine and focused on mostly stretching for length.

You might need to maintain a consistent maintenance routine if you want to keep 6.5” girth.

I think its reasonable to assume that if you do girth work and you reach beyond your goal, and then stop, you will not have to continue PE’ing regularly but you will need to do maintenance PE indefinitely.

Yes maintenance is how you solidify gains

Your theory “should” work.

But IMO, you should do maintenance work. You know, maintenance work is nothing : only 10-15min a day, 1-2 times a week. Just do it right before bedtime. It’s no big deal really.
