THis morning, I noticed a bloodspot on the bottome of my shaft. It isn’y HUGE, but I am concerned. Do I have to take time off? I just started back up on PE and I don’t want to stop! Anyone know any alternatives?

My thoughts - small red spots are just a result of PE. Mine are almost always gone in 24 hours, usually much less. Spots that aren’t gone in a day suggest maybe you do not have the tolerance for the exercise(s) you are doing, or at least not for the intensity at which you are doing it/them.

The obvious is advice you might want to consider backing off on the intensity, and/or if you’re doing some more advance techniques (e.g. Horse440’s, Sadsaks, bends, etc), consider that you’re not ready for them yet.

is worth looking at.

Injury sucks, avoid it at all cost. Taking a couple days off now may save weeks off later.

Hope that helps.
