Hot tub jelqs

Has anyone vouched for these? I just came across these the other day. Can anyone say that they have truly felt they gained from these?

I beleive Big Girtha does his clamping in the hot tub,but I couldn’t swear to it.But to me it seems like the operative word here is “hot”which in my opinion is never a bad thing in PE.
