Between Jelqing and hanging I’m getting an hour-glass shaped cock

The hanging is giving me base girth and the Jelqing is giving me the baseball bat effect.

What’s recommended to combat this?

I’m waiting for my clamps to arrive (I ordered them last week). When they get here I’m probably going to start clamping.

I have a couple of concerns— will my whole shaft grow proportionately? IOW: If my base girth is 6” and my mid-shaft girth is 5.5”, if I gain .5” through clamping will my new measurements be: base girth 6.5” and mid-shaft girth 6” ?

If so, I’ll still have an hour-glass shape (but bigger).

(I also worry about added girth making length gains more difficult)

Would fulcrum hanging help to target a specific area?

If I were to hang with a fulcrum at the thinnest point on my shaft will it build it up?

I was getting the same thing, bigger at the base, thinner in the middle and a bit of a baseball effect. I was looking for a word to describe it, I was going to go with marshmellow man dick, but hourglass will do.

Does it look like that predominately the morning to lunch the next day after a PE session? It straitens out upon erection? If so same with me.

I found it my grip during stretching was the problem. Too much pressure on the one section (a bit under the glans) without realising it. It MAY have been that I wasn’t jelqing right from the DEPTHS of the fat-pad out (all the fucker), which I rectified. I also do mainly modified Fowfers which is the base of my PE program these days, and it seems to be straightening out.
