How can PE work ? There are no scientific proofs!

Its good to see that other members also try to find out what the physiological background behind PE is. I will read all the good linked sites you posted in here.
Thanks westla, penismith.

When the issue is my body i HATE to rely on beliefs. I am repeating myself. And putting a lot of time in workouts that dont pay off is also dumb.
But it seems like I have to put together the scientific or nearly scientific linked threads to a theory that could be true and go on with this hoping that it works. If I dont overdo it I think there should be no big risk of harm.

My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

If I can add a couple things from my background;
Observe that women during pregnancy see a stretch in their abdominal tissues. This tissue can recover, but often leaves stretch marks behind. Hence, tissue can be stretched.
When a person gains weight, it expands all the tissue including the circulatory tissue. It’s all this extra pathway in the plumbing that leads to the heart increasing in size (myomegaly??) as it works harder to pump the blood.
Women with large breasts and large implants may at times require a breeast lift. Tissue stretches and can become permanent.
A different organ, but bone tissue is scientifically proven to respond to the stresses put upon it. Wolf’s Law explains that the trabeculae of spongy bone and cortical bone reshapes and adjusts to the forces applied to it. Through x-ray, CT, and open cadaver studies, the bone structure of motorcyle rider (as an example) have far stronger bones than thos who sit in a chair. Yes, genetices do play a role, but so do outside forces.
Make up your own conclusions. But there is a wealth of available information for comparitive studies. As for your doctor, you did right by checking with him, but you may need to consider a second opinion if he continually advises you away from your pursuit to PE or try questioning him differently.

Good luck.

Basketball players have huge hearts from all the running they do. Alcoholics have over sized livers. Organs can increase in size. You stomach can be stretch and become enormous.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

I’m completely convinced PE works. My only worry is whether it’s permanent. I understand that i’ll have to maintain it with at least some PE once I reach my goal. I can live with that.

At some time in your life you will have to accept that (excluding death) there is nothing, nothing that will absolutely give you a guaranteed, foolproof and final result.

Even medicines that have been scientifically appraised, and tested on human beings to find out if they are safe and reliable can go wrong, and injure the body. Surgical operations carried out by experts can give different results from those expected..
Physiotherapy manipulations can go wrong, and cause more problems than they were supposed to stop. (I know. I’ve had them all!)

The art of PE’ing is no different from these. It is a method that has been found by many to work. There are also cases of failure. Injuries can happen by the physical or mechanical manipulation of the penis.

If you want to go the way of PE’ing then you will have to accept that these faults can occur. Since you are the person doing the reatment then it is up to you to test the various methods, evaluate them; and then if you find there is a result either positive or negative, act accordingly.

You seem to be seeking some sort of Holy Grail in the world of penis enlargement. There is none. You will simply have to accept or reject that it works for you. I repeat. You will have to do the evaluation. We cannot do it for you

As has been mentioned by Diamond (Hello Diamond!) Because there is no accreditation of PE then your doctor would not recommend it.

However you mention he said skin can be stretched without causing new cell growth. All right! To hell with the cell growth argument!

If it has been shown that skin can be stretched; then it is reasonable to assume that ligaments can be stretched, tissue can be stretched. Blood cells can be stretched. So even if it accepted that cells cannot be created. All these stretchings will add up to a bigger penis by extra blood flowing in.

BTW. You complain about polemic discussions, but it is you that has made it controversial. We have just responded to you.

It seems like this forum is the scientific evidence. Just because the doctorial industry does not want to accept it, does not make it untrue. I just makes it unaccepted for the moment. You and all the rest of us are making medical history. Join in or go away, the rest of us are busy going where no man has gone before. Just ask our women.

In response to the first question in this thread:

Here’s a cellular level examination of the effects of sub-failure ligament strain….close as you’re gonna get to an explanation

Biomechanics. Ligament viscoelasticity, tendon viscoelasticity: nonlinear non-QLV

Provenzano, P., Heisey, D., Hayashi, K., Lakes, R. S., and Vanderby, R. Jr., "Subfailure damage in ligament: a structural and cellular evaluation", J. Applied Physiology, 92: 362-371, (2002). (link after this citation in the ‘ligaments" heading)

In short stretching does cause cell death in ligaments and healing replaces these cells in ways that have different structural properties. Otherwise every ligament in your body would slowly die and disintegrate over the course of your life, little by little every time the range of motion touches the boundaries.

There are many articles elsewhere that address the cross binding and remodelling of ligaments during the 6-18 month cell healing phase. Some account for the rate and nature of this process over the 6-18 month remodelling phase as it pertains to continued stress, rest or deconditioning. The knee guys do our research for us. In my view it takes at least a little Pe or frequent boners over the 6-18 month remodelling phase to cement gains. Bad news perhaps for PE’ers but good news if you sprain an ankle. It means that slowly but surely the ligaments in the joint capsule tightens toward the average needed range of movement. There’s PLENTY of scientific and anecdotal proof that PE works.

Well, I think RISINGUPTO7 got the attention he was looking for by posting that thread. Science or no science,

..my cock is growing
..its stays harder during sex
..and Im able to give my G/F vaginal orgasms that I couldnt achieve before I started PE.

So now that you have the reassurance you were looking for, change up your routine and work harder. Good luck bro!

Great post, rakishly.

I found the Chartham Method back in 1984 when I was 18 years old. I had a 4.5 inch erect penis (NBPEL), and an erect girth of 4.25. In just three months, I gained 1 inch in length and 1/2 inch in girth. Before that, I thought I was destined to go through life with a small penis. I was so happy to have a penis that actually fell in the normal range instead of below normal. PE WORKS! Since then, I have done PE on and off, and now am 6” NBPEL and 5” EG. I’m 39 years old and starting again, and my goal is another inch in length. I glad I did not believe all the CRAP that this stuff doesn’t work.
