How do you cement your gains?

Anyone know how to cement your gains? Thanks!

By repeating and doing the exercises frequently enough,for a period of “xyz” time, after you gained the size you wanted ,if you gained any, I think…

Reducing the intensity and frequency slowly for a period of time, then stop, but still you mayl loose slightly the gain if you stop the exercise.


Starting Aug/06: BPEL 5.5", EG 4.3"

05/Feb/2007: BPEL 6.3", NBPEL 5.7", EG 4.9"

Hi, from what I read here and there, the cementing phase is like your regular routine, but with less intensity and more rest days.


05/2006 : 15cm BPEL X 12,5cm EG => 11/2006 : 17.5 cm BPEL X 13.5 cm EG => 5/2007 : 18 cm BPEL X 13.5 cm. 2 years later : shrank a bit : 17cm BPEL 01/2011

Really satisfied with my gains, but a little more flaccid would be nice. Would like to be a shower ;)

And most important : Girlfriend satisfied for about 3 years :)

I just kept doing my routine and never had any sessions to cement my gains. At least I’m still growing :) :) :)

I have never understanded the cement thing. If you continue to just do your regular routine you will cement? If you just continue pe as you all ways does?

That is basically it. You have to continue to work after achieving your goal. The important thing and perhaps hardest thing to do is to not keep adding more force to your routine. That is the most common mistake. Always keep your force levels moderate and below your trauma line.
