How Do You Make Up For Missed Days?

PE is a big commitment of time and effort.

How do you make up for days missed and what are some theories on what happens when workouts are missed?

I don’t make them up, I consider them rest days. Doing 2x as much the next isn’t going to make much difference in the end.

I agree, it’s just a rest day.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Depends on the amount of days. If it is one or two, I agree with the above posts and treat it like a rest day. If a week or more I might drop some weight. You should always have a log book so you can use it to reference in these cases.


Currently at 8.125 BPEL and 6.25 Girth

What’s a rest day! 😆 We all have lives outside of this forum. At least I hope we do. Life happens. I chalk it up to variety. My penis has know idea what I’m going to do to it. Or does it? Maybe it tells me what I’m doing? Now I’m just confused 😕

I don’t make up for them. I’d rather have a bit delayed progress than overdoing it and lose even more progress imo.

That’s right. I overdid it and lost a bit of length size. But that may have just been unconsolidated gains, so you are doing the right thing by taking it easy and going steady.

PE isn’t really like working out or competitive sport where too much training sessions skipped can negatively affect your condition and performance. The penis isn’t a muscle, we are just stretching the tissue. The rest aspect is as important for healing and growth than th actual exercise itself. So as long as you are still doing at least 1 or 2 sessiosn in a week then any “missed days” are just rest.

One day is absolutely nothing in this marathon. Just resume the next day as if nothing happened.

No such thing as a missed day. It’s an unscheduled day off. Just relax.

Sorry guys. I’m a little late to my own party. I understand if there are no further responses, but I feel the need to clarify still.

I’m trying a routine of 45 days straight of PE followed by 45 days of an EQ focused routine.

So in my personal situation, I do not have missed days or unscheduled days off. I have days of altered routines and off timed exercises.

My routine involves clamping and extending. There are just some times where the use of such equipment is impossible to or is too hard to conceal. (Pun intended. I originally typed difficult.)

The general idea and tone of the above posts is sound advice. It is however, a basic guideline to follow. One that I followed for years, and will continue to follow once again at a later time.

The idea behind this routine is to keep my flaccid in an enlarged state for as much of the waking day as I can. Like I said earlier, some equipment proves difficult to use through out the day. So my “days off” usually consist of more manual exercises.

Any advice or tips on how I can maximize my time would be appreciated. I’m also willing to further elaborate or answer any questions.
