How large is the medium cable clamp?

I got this package:

and at first I thought the gray was a large size. Now on further review I think it is indead the saught after medium. It’s about 2.5" from release trigger to hinge. Medium?

I ask because it isn’t as snug as i expected, and I have to manually manipulate a bit more then I thought I would to get hard engorgement.

Try putting something between it and your skin. I use the top portion of an old sock that was cut off. The grey one looks to be the right size.

Yes, that’s a medium.

Tip of trigger to hinge:
Small: 1-11/16”
Medium: 2-11/16”
Large: 4-1/4”

I wrapped a soft foam strip around it, candy cane fashsion, and anchored each end with a dab of hot glue. Works great.

I had one of a pair of slippers with the therafoam in it. That stuff developed by nasa that they make mattresses out of.

Used that to line the clamp. Was still expecting something else I think. Will post a pic when I can.
