How long of a break to take?
I’ve been pumping very regularly for a little more than three months now and I’m wondering if now might be a good time to take a break. If so, for how long? What do you guys think?

I don’t think so. Last time I did pumping, I didn’t see any gains while in the process, but I did once I took a break. 0.25” EL. Not bad.
