How long to break in between sets

What is a good amount of time to break? I usually break for 5 mins or so, how bout you?

What set are you talking about ?

I take 10-20 sec between stretch.

For my girth, I go through all my routine without break.

I was actually talking about haging. I must have accidently hit the wrong forum.

Most breaks don’t need to be any longer then it takes to restore a healthy pink color again. In many cases that is 5 to 10 minutes.
