To do one set of rotating stretches:

1. With either hand, firmly grip the penis an inch below the glans.

2. Pull straight down. Without releasing the stretch, slowly stretch the penis to the left; then straight up; then to the right; and then back down again – making a complete circle. The 360 degree stretch should last approximately 10 seconds.

3. Repeat six times.

ok! but 10 seconds for ONLY 360 DEGREE…. how long for others streches? (up, down, right, left) thanks

Non pensi sia meglio andare di stretching tradizionale? 45-60 secondi verso il pavimento, 45-60 frontale, 45-60 lato destro e 45-60 lato sinistro?

(I’m telling that ‘traditional’ stretching is probably better: 45-60 seconds straight down etc.)

ok, so the exercise is only one? I should practice 3 series of rotating strech everyone for 10 seconds….corrected?
