How much heat is needed to warm up

Ms tnt and I always used heat. We have a towel warmer in out rest room and it heats towels very fast. The nice thing

about the towel warmer was that it warm 6 large towels at a time or 12 medium towels or many small towels. So we were

constantly rotating warm towels in between sets and during the sets I would wrap the base and balls with the towel which was

still very warm while ms tnt did the ulis, edging and pulling on my unit. Some say heat doesn’t matter, but I am a believer, hell

I gained over an inch in length and over .5 inch in girth in just under a year. I believe the heat attributed to those gains, by the

way, towel heaters are not that expensive.

I normally do my routine when in the shower. I use the running hot water as a way to warm up, and to keep some heat during the all time.

I’m a big fan of constant heat.

I use a heat gun when hanging, it keeps everything nice and warm, and no incinerated flesh. (I keep it on low, and at arms length) I should really get a hairdryer.

A unit my friend, your everywhere I go on this forum. Don’t you sleep? Haha

As to heat, hit bath 15 mins, not practical but it heats from the waist down, totally relaxes the ligs and shaft.

I did that for my first year.

Twenty minutes in a hot bath with a home made mechanical stretcher.

And I do post a lot.

I believe there is a direct correlation between posting and gains.

Oh so that’s what I’m doing wrong.

Just kidding. I am curious though, is the rice in a rice sock generally reusable? Or does it quickly burn and stink up the house like all food items I touch? I’ve loved the rice sock the one time I tried it but I don’t want to have to explain why I buy so much rice.

I’ve been using an electric heating pad but the chord gets in the way. I also have an industrial heat gun but I don’t want that thing pointed anywhere near my exposed skin, even from a distance.

You can use a hot/cold compress instead of a rice sock.

The rice sock is reusable. I tried the rice sock before we decided the towel would be best, but what I did, was make 6 rice socks
and just rotated them as necessary.

I’m not a rice sock guy.

Futons ate bad enough, but rotting starch smells horrid.

Gimme my heat gun and I’m good to go.

Never liked rice sock, too much effort, having to reheat and it sometimes burns. And you have to do PE next to a microwave, not ideal doing PE in the kitchen is it.

The heat gun I have has two power settings; incinerate and melt.

The melt setting is good at arms length for thirty seconds or so at a time.

I use it throughout my hang sessions and never burst into flames yet.

I have one of those guns, I use it for removing paint but it is a great source of very hot air. I could use it to reheat my rice sock. maybe it would be better than getting up and microwaving every few sets.

I personally wouldn’t do PE at all without warming up. The difference between feeling of doing PE with and without warming up is huge, at least for me. I feel like I would tear something up without warming up, it just feels wrong.

I’ve been using rice sock ever since I started and never had any problems. Takes 1 minute to warm it up, stays warm for 10+ minutes which is enough to warm up and I never had any problems with smell. If you want continuous heat, then it’s less practical, but in that case your only options are pretty much electrical heating pad or IR lamp/gun/whatever.

I warmly recommend (pun intended) warming up to everybody.

I don’t know how this is called in english but you sure know what I mean. For sports for example they sell creams to warm your muscles and keep them warm. Wouldn’t this be perfect for penis as well? Anyone tried?

No cream can increase the temperature of the connective tissues. It can probably expand the blood-vessels and give a heat feeling. This could have an interest for muscle’s work even if I’m not conviced. By warming the tissues for our purpose, we are trying to raise the deformation’s threshold of those tissues.

I have read this entire thread. I have been PEing since mid-November 2012. I have used warm, hot towels/wash clothes. I also used rice pillows as well as taking long, warm showers. I have not used a heat gun, but I have used a heating pad. My choice is my most recent. I have been using a hair dryer with dual settings. I have positioned it so that it will warm the area I wish to warm without holding it. I find that the hair dryer does a very good job of evenly heating where I wish to have the heat. I am also able to apply heat while jelging, stretching, hanging, or any other procedure.

Since my dryer has duel settings it is easy to increase or decrease the amount of heat applied. I also do have to worry about over heating any body parts.
