How To Get Rid Of Bruises?

Hi guys,

I have some ugly bruises from overdoing it with my girth exercises. They don’t hurt at all, but I just can’t get rid of them even after one month of waiting. Halfway up to my glans my penis is covered in dark blueish tones and this looks really ridiculous.
I don’t intend to undress like this in front of a woman.

Are there any special cremes or other treatments to accelerate the healing process?

I was quite shocked to see the thread has 28 pages. No way I have time to read all now. Maybe someone who read through all this can quickly tell me what the most promising way is to get rid of discoloration? Salicyl acid lotion? Wart remover (?!?) ?

I’m a massage therapist and use arnica cream to help reduce soreness after a deep massage.. It helps prevent bruising.. Not sure the effect it has on a bruise once it has appeared though.. But may be worth a try. Good luck.
