BTW: I lost morning wood somewhere between 25-26, I sorted it out recently (I’m 27) by:
Got rid of erratic sleep patterens. 8hr sleep minimum, 9 if possible.
No junk food, no pizzas and pasta, lots of meat, fish oil, eggs, broccoli, moderate amount of simple carbs, almost complex carbs (I’m carb sensitive)
Turned back to weightlifting, after 7 years :D
No smoking, no booze, period.
Moderate PE - some jelqs, pumping now and then, I recently added hanging.
Not sure if it works, but I do use it - ball zinger, I made myself one from piece of zinc and cut silver ring, soldered together with a wire, I could swear my bollocks got bigger, my lady confirms that - she can’t fit them both in her mouth, and she used to do that not long ago.
When I was 23 I had 120% morning wood, and could have sex 3 times one evening. I havent quite got back to that golden period, but after 2 months wood is some 105%-110% (100+ means that it hurts :) ) and can do it twice.
