How's your erection?

How's your erection?

Hey guys,

I`m curious about your erection quality:)

a) How old are you?

b) How strong erections are you able to get and can you get them when you want?

c) How has PE affected your erections? Worse or better?

d) If you suffer from bad erections, is it because you have a heavy routine? What`s your routine?

e) If your erections currently are lacking because of tough PE. Are you thinking that it will come back when you ease off from your routine and let your member recover?

I`ll go first:

a) 23

b) Currently I believe I`m perfectly able to get a 100% erection. I can`t get it at will as when I was a teenager, but with arousal I have them. Still, I`m noticing that it gets harder to achieve it. Since I`m not doing any tough PE at the moment, my guess is that it is mentally because I`m getting used to sex. Physically I`m in great shape so it should not have anything to do with that.

c) Started out PE at age 18-19 or so and already had 110% erections. PE definitely decreased my erections. I guess this happens anyway because of aging, but I was pretty tough back then(hanging) and I knew that PE was a direct cause.

d) Not anymore, but as mentioned above, hanging killed my erections. I also did some pumping which made my erections weaker. It should be mentioned that I was in a very stressful period of my life then so I don`t know for sure if it was the pumping alone.

e) That`s the mindset I had in the past, but this time out I will keep a close watch on my erection quality on a daily or at least weekly basis. It`s better with an rock hard average member than a long sloppy one.

Stress (any kind) affects erection quality.

I’m 37 PE has made my erections super hard feels like my unit is about to explode. My wife wants to know what I am taking. I’m just doing my PE working out and taking my vitamins. Also when I go for rounds 2 and 3 I still get the same hard as a rock erection. So I would say yes that PE has helped me.

B) Yes, and yes

C) At the beginning NO, although now a little

D) Nil

E) Yes, when I stop to recover I will have the same erection as before (I hope)

If PE is diminishing your EQ you are doing to much PE. .

I came to TP when I was 41, I had ED.
Now my erections are as hard as a rock.
I don’t get morning wood every morning this is an age thing I guess, but I have been getting them more frequently from taking arginine alpha ketogluterate 4-6 grams per day.
I also take green tea 1000mg standardized twice a day ( 270mg of ECCG per 1000mg capsule)
Ginkgo Biloba 240mg standardized.

There is no reason anyone should suffer with ED or diminished EQ.

P.S. - I can get manual erections just fine. But I’m just worried about my erections in general, and also worried that having done PE after high school might have gradually hurt me (although that might be a stretch).

I will be turning 45 in a few days and have wood most mornings.

When I use various sups I have wood every morning to the point that I must perform gymnastic maneuvers to take a piss.

I am not currently doing any PE, but when I did found that lots of hanging or girth work did lesson my quality of wood.

Diminished wood is not nessesarily a bad thing common as one gets older. I get them maybe 3-7 mornings after I started arginine therapy. Hamburgers and cheeseburgers and heavy saturated fats can cause ED. Perhaps a leaner diet is in order now.

Exercise does wonders for the penis.
Walking is a proven exercise to improve EQ. 30 minutes per day 3-5 days per week, a nice brisk walk in other words break a sweat. Strength training is also good for EQ.

I work at a gym, I walk wherever I go, I’m a healthy 21 year old.

My therapist said it could be stress, from really bad problems at home, but I just don’t get it.

Why would things change so drastically?

The scary thing is that I can pinpoint the general time when it started going downhill just a year ago.

And diminished wood may or may not be bad, but I want it back. I want spontaneous erections back.

I’ve tried arginine in the past (albeit not over a really long period of time), and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s absolute shit.

You’d probably have to take huge amounts of it to even make the slightest bit of difference; it’s probably a placebo effect if anything.

Besides, I didn’t need arginine pills just 3 years ago when I was getting huge morning wood, and arginine occurs naturally in foods like peanut butter anyway.

Most supplements like that are bogus IMO.

I certainly don’t know many people that work out without having any goals or wish for gains…
