How's your erection?

I’m 45, soon to be 46.

Regular, but not daily, excellent morning wood.

Regular nightly excellent wood (getting up to pee in the small hours of the morning—thank you middle age).

Erections no longer always available on demand, but much easier in the morning due to testosterone level peak at that time of the day.

Too soon to determine if PE changes EQ as I’ve only started.

Am doing PE as an adjunct to foreskin restoration. Being cut has led to major sensation loss, which has likely contributed to sexual performance, although I still mostly credit normal middle age body changes.

I have not been able to wear my Static Stretcher over night, due to my frequent wood. It is very painful when woken up with a full blown raging hard on in a straight jacket.

A couple months ago, I had a wet dream. (First one in 20+ years.) So, guys be aware that even when you get older, you can and should get night and morning wood. (As long as you are healthy!)

bobs, you may want to listen to King and try the supplements out. If you don’t want to take his word for it (which is completely understandable), pick up The Hardness Factor from Amazon.com or any other bookstore. The author is a pretty respectable doctor and goes into detail on how supplements, along with diet and exercise, can dramatically improve your erections.

I’ve been doing this PE crap (jelqing) for about a week.. And I have to say without a doubt something is working. I was VERY skeptical about all of this, but I can tell you that in a week.. I went from normal “moderate” erections to absolutely fricking rock hardest erections of my life. I also am not sure as to whether the “gains” I seem to have gotten in a week (I’m guessing this shouldn’t be possible in such a short time?).. Are mostly attributable to the increased hardness.. Higher pressure erections? Before I started this.I would be BPEL 6.5” rock hard.. Now I would be easy over BPEL 6.75”.. Is this possible in only a week of doing PE?

Jampers, I’ve seen a .25” increase immediately following a newbie session. I attribute it to a little bit of temporary ligament (and tunica?) stretch, plus the obvious higher state of arousal following such a penis-centric activity. Erections the morning after are usually back to normal size, so I’ll be happy if that quarter inch becomes the new norm. Then I’ll know that PE is starting to work as advertised. Time will tell.

Calfaddict.. You bring up an interesting point. I think the only true way to validate any gains would be to measure bpel BEFORE any PE session.. And never after. If the enlargement gains truly are permanent.. They should be gauged by your bodies function in a natural arousal state.. Not after you have been stretching and playing with the thing for a half hour. I wonder when the majority of people in this forum posting gains are measuring their BPEL??

Best, I think, to not PE for a couple days, so whatever temporary gains would disappear leaving the permanent ones. I wait 4-5 days before recording an official measurement.

I think most measure BPEL, many measure NBPEL as well. Few measure NBPEL alone.

Could you enlarge on this (pun intended)? Do you start to get an erection and then bring it to 100% by pressing it AGAINST the toilet seat as hard as possible, or grabbing the heading and pushing it OUT, away from you, as hard as possible?

I read everybody story, quite interesting.
Since a couple of weeks now, i’ve noticed that getting an erection is no longer a trick to me. At least when im watching porn (not necessarily jack off) or morning wood. The only thing that bother me now is that i don’t get full erection size. I mean i no longer reach the size in my sig. I don’t think those were temporary gains, since a month ago, everything was allright. This could be due to stress or my unit needing more blood inflow..

first of all, I want to give you all of my solidarity.

Regarding the specific point of lacking of morning woods, I think that the cause is disturbed sleep; morning woods are stimulate by the honiric activity, and this activity by the daily stress, even unconscious.

Regarding specifically the PE/EQ relation, from what I’ ve listened my believe is so simple : stretching could TEMPORARY affect erections; heavy hanging could do the same. On the other side, jelquing and clamping are really “erections-promoter”.

Tribulus is a well known useful and low-cost supplement; 2-3 grams intake for the first days is needed in my experience.

Benzodiazepin and similar drugs, and some analgesics too, are really bad for EQ.

I’m not a doctor - I don’t think Docs will help you, anyway - and maybe this post is completely unuseful for you, but.. don’t be aggressive with us, we are trying to help you!

Read an excerpt on the B & N Website. Sounds like he’s on to something. I bought the hardcover for less than $7.00 used. Can’t wait to read the book.

Thunder’s Place rocks - I have really good early gains using a variety of techniques I discovered on this sight.

I’m living proof that it is possible for some.

Do not underestimate the value of rest and recovery from PE sessions.
