I am going to buy a dowel cut to 8 or 9 inches to use as a stretching tool.

Getting to know your body as you PE is always interesting. After months of manual stretching with good results I have decided to go the next step and build a simple tool to help bring me to the next level.

I still want to be secretive with my PE! So a hanging device is out because of the complexity and time required.

But a simple dowel about 1.5” to 2” diameter and about 8” long would help me gain leverage by wrapping my flaccid dick around it and pulling forward… I think? I will go to Home Depot today to buy the dowel and sand the edges smooth. It will go in my pocket and into the bathroom with me 2 or 3 times a day for PE. Sort of like an A stretch.

I am at nearly 6.75 and want another inch! Has anyone else tried this?

Lots of people have tried variants on this.

I have used a rolling pin, some other guys have used baseball bats.

Dowel has been used by a few guys, as has piping. I guess the trick is to go for the strongest option, that last thing you want is to be picking out splinters after it breaks.

8-9” X 2” in your pocket? People will probably be asking if you are pleased to see them :)

Yeah, I think lots of guys use the same concept for stretching. I have a routine using a PVC pipe that’s still the core of my length work: Couch Potato Routine

I recommend a longer length. My 27 inch pipe makes it so I can place it against my thighs and get the added leverage of my leg muscles. Also, the diameter shouldn’t be so thick that you can’t get a good grip below the glans and pull. I have both a 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch width pipe (schedule 40) and find the 1/2 inch more useful. Finally, the dowel will be rough, unless you sand it down well and maybe coat it with varathane or paint. A PVC pipe is ready to go after a wipe down to get off the store dust. Around my cluttered house it’s innocuous enough to not gather any attention. Maybe you could stash it in the bathroom somewhere.
