AJ,
Glad to hear you are back in the grind again! I also start work at 6:00 A.M. every morning. I’ve learned over the last year of PE that I seem to respond to a good jelq session immediately upon rising in the morning. The unit is well heated and limber from all-night fowfers between the legs. In my case, I have the best flaccid hang first thing in the morning. To me, that is a real positive PI, so I take advantage of all that morning blood.
Another good thing about the early morning workout; if you get home from work late, and you can’t or don’t feel like doing a session, you at least did something that day. I think it keeps you consistent, without having to over-train on the weekends because you feel you have to make up for lost workouts.
Another benefit to early-morning workouts is you will have a plump, floppy hang all day if you do it right. I hope you keep posting, because you have always asked good questions, and that keeps discussions going. After reading and mostly lurking for over a year, it’s hard to see a lot of new content here, but I still check in every day. Maybe I should post more? Kick ass on the new job, and keep stretching and jelqing.
