I am stuck

Your experience with PE has been reletively short, one year is just the beginning. Your stats appear very dubious since it appears you have chosen to round up to the nearest whole number and it usually requires more time to gain over an inch in length. If you continue with a good discipline like it appears you have then you will see gains, but it is very early to make judgements upon your exercises.

Makelarge, when I said step it up I was mainly talking about time and frequency, read my first post. Other than that, use heat as much as possible and don’t skip the jelqs as others have said they are not only for girth.

Dude with your gains I would have taken a couple months off. I think your gains are impressive for such a short period of time.

Can someone answer a quick question that I have? Is it possible to gain length while clamping or is it just for girth please would like to know this question?

I took a decon break after a year non stop and I did not loose my gains. In fact I have been measuring in at my largest length ever.

Imagine stretching a piece of chewing gum that is cold, then a piece that has been warmed up a bit. Heat is just as important for stretching and hanging as it is for jelqing.

Jelqing forces fresh, nutrient laden and oxygenated blood into the tissues of the penis, and also causes expansion of the cells of the penis, stretching their walls and making them more malleable, a bit like chewing the chewing gum, if you like. It breaks down micro adhesions and softens up cellular scar tissue which is resistant to stretching. Jelq gently at low erection levels to get all these benefits, without adding much girth.

Jelqing is the ‘synergistic’ exercise that makes all the other exercises work much better.

There is lots of info on this in the various clamping threads. Clamping is definitely not for anyone who has not read everything they can find on it here; it is so easy to do damage or just cause lots of discolouration or red spots that then seem to appear much more easily when doing any other PE.

Some people report small length gains from clamping, but it is primarily a girth exercise.

Well I think I’ve had enough breaks, I actually haven’t even PE’d in 2 weeks and the previous month before that I was waiting on more stretching covers for my extender, so I didn’t do any PE at all. I’ve taken decon breaks before and I seem to lose gains after a while, I gain them back but I seem to never break 7 inches.

Therein lies the answer to your quandary, methinks.

I’m astounded that you’ve made the gains you have by simply stretching and hanging a cold penis!

Although I certainly don’t recommend ‘cooking’ your penis, the heat from a gel pack or an infrared lamp will be greater than you could stand in a bath, but any heat is vastly better than no heat.

Intense stretches are OK, but build up the intensity of each stretch slowly; if you apply the stretch too fast your tissues will sense the possibility of damage and will do everything they can to resist the stretch. Over time they will gain tensile strength much faster if you apply stretches fast, so it is better to ease into the stretch; you should try to ‘feel’ the creep in the tissues as you slowly increase the intensity of the stretch.

‘feel the creep’!

Excellent description of what it should feel like, Firegoat.

I start all my stretches by just ‘making contact’ with the ligaments - then slowly increase the stretch and then relax into it and repeat. :)

Firegoad I now what you meant and about the heat unfortunately bath it’s my only source, I just had one doubt. You say to me build up the intensity right? But it’s from a session to session or from stretch to stretch get it?
Because I started stretching really slowly but after some read on memento’s controlled trauma thread I decide to apply more force and my dick it’s reacting very well, in fact my erections are getting stronger than weak.
