Hi there everyone from down under, (New Zealand)!!!

I am a new member to this site, although I`ve been doing P.E, for about 14 months now.
I know ThunderSS from big-penis.com, which I am still currently a member.

When I first started, erect bpm was 6.5 inches, and girth was 5.25.
My measurements today are 7.5 erect bpm, and girth is 6.5 erect, I fill the tube when pumping all the way to the head.
My wife loves it, I really stretch her!!!

Anyway, anyone out there can give me some length excercises, because my goal is 9.5 erect bpm.
Currently I`m doing two-way and a bit of jelking. My sessions are about 30-45 mins, but intense.
I`ve only just started manual stretching, so any tips on that also would be appreciated.

First, congrats on your great girth gains!
I gotta ask you; what did you do, apart from pumping?

I’ve been PE’ing for 5 months now, I’ve gained 1.5cm in length, but only 1cm girth. Girth is what I really need. 6.5” would be awesome!!
Today I’m pumping and dry- jelqing in between.

My routine for length has been manual stretches, 5 mins a day prior to jelqing. My theory on jelqing is that the erection level is important for what gains you’re gonna get, if you jelq with an erection level below 70%, you’ll get mainly length gains, above 70% will give you more girth.
Any opinions on this?

Maybe you should consider hanging? That IS great for length!

Thanks Ahund for a decent reply. Basically I hot wrap for 3 mins, I stretch, meaning stroke stretching for 3 mins. I then pump for 5-10 mins, then do 5-10 reps of horse 440s. By this time, I can hardly grip the base, for the shaft is so thick. Do 10 reps hard and 85% erect. After every squeeze for 20 seconds, I jelk hard for only 5 slow strokes. I then put my dick back into the cylinder, for another 10 mins.
When I`ve completed this 3 times, I do two way stetching for 5-10 mins.
I never have a set time, I go with the feel of the session.
I then hot-wrap for 3-5 mins, then I put on a cock-ring for about an hour.
The whole penis is very full looking, and it feels great!!!!

Can someone explain to me LOL factor, and how to apply it with manual stretching.

take it easy with squeezing and horses/ Uli’s.

I got one, but I haven’t really had the time to do any serious hanging.

First girth, then length, that’s my priority anyway.

I just love the heavy and full feeling and look when I’ve been in the pump for a while..

I thought BiB mentioned something about taking some time off, unfortunately, but he really deserves it IMO.

I’m another ex big penis member, although haven’t visited there in quite some time now. I’m also from NZ, being doing the big OE for getting on 15 yrs now, and I’m back ‘home’ in Sep.

As to length, I’d have to agree with the others that hanging has done the trick for me. Check out Bib’s LOT theory, and decide if it could be something for you. I was concerned at first, but it has been a breeze.

So why did you take so long getting over here?

The question was rather general, so it is hard to give a decent, general reply. No disrespect, though.

RSI: I find stretching rather stressfull on the hands, my thumbs especially.

I wonder if anyone else has sore thumbs / fingers / joints after an intense session…

You can’t beat hanging if you have the time. In my case I have found you need to do one or the other girth or length when I do both I don’t seem to get length.
