I feel like such a failure.

First off i just recently took a 2 week break(still used TheraP, and ADS) from PE(actual penis exercising), been really busy and a little lazy. But regardless I think the break was good for me since I’ve been consistent since Sept 05’. But heres my issue, I use to have alot of control while edging but about a week before my break, during my break, and now after my break I can’t successfully edge without eventually blowing my load. And I know some of you guys dont think its a big deal but I do. Its just that I’m losing control, the sensations are to strong and are taking over. And since my workouts can take anywhere from 90-120 mins sometimes even more I feel like I’m completely wasting my hard work and time. What do you guys think? I keep telling myself that I’m not gonna blow my load for at least a month but I just cant do it anymore. Just curious how long have some of you gentlemen gone(In days not mins/hours) before blowing your loads from Edging(not including sex, thats a must except for some of you Pros like Big Girtha)? And do any of you guys think i completely wasted all those workouts that eventually ended with a nut?

To all of you, read the book if you want. Read some stuff here to help you become multi-orgasmic. It’s fun. Practice and get good at it.

So many guys mistake orgasming with ejaculating. It is possible to do the former without the later, and abstaining from the later is what helps with girth. But a healthy abstinence is a few days, not months. I think holding ejaculations more than four or five days is probably hard on the prostate, as Avocet pointed out. I usually hold it for the three days I work girth, then film a nice facial on the fourth day.

I agree with Avocet8, This can cause problems in the prostate. You really don’t want to trigger any future prostate enlargement problems. Has anybody here experienced an enlarged prostate. I have and it was not only a constant running to the restroom to finish urinating that I was trying to force out from the piss before, not to mention the constant leakage creating the wet spot on the crouch area of your jeans. I don’t edge for girth, I edge for the other reasons- stamina, enjoyment etc. Is my edging inhabiting any length gains I may be getting?

I used to wank to blow just about everyday, and just about 100% of the time I took a shower! Now I am down to maybe blowing once/twice a week! Don’t particualary feel any different or stronger, or “girthier” for that matter. However I am enjoying being able to get myself off so much!

I can’t think of any good science that would support the notion that blowing a load after a good PE session would hurt the gains. We’re either increasing the blood-bearing capacity of the cells in the corpus cavernosa, or actually increasing the tissue - but neither would be at all affected by ejaculation. The idea of needing the “hormones” or whatever in the sperm to grow, and their being somehow expelled through ejaculation, is utter nonsense.
