I have been doing pe for at least 2yrs

I havent had any gains yet I was wondering what routines
I should be trying.

I just jelq I do it 3 times a week for at least 10minutes.

I dont do any warm ups I jelq when I’m erected

You should increase the time to 30 mins maximum. Try a 5 day on, 2 day off routine or a day on, day off routine.

I agree with 30 min jelq. Add 10-15 min of stretch.

What about the fact that he´s doing his jelqing while erect? Isnt´flaccid supposed to be safer and more beneficial?

The consensus is something like 40-70% erect works the length and 70-100% works the girth more. I jumped from 30-35 min workouts to 50-60 min workouts and I have a restored confidence in PE. Of course i have had the donut effect for the last week or so after my workouts but it usually subsides after about 30 minutes or a few good erections.

mr-greedy, With any PE routine if you have given it a fair shake and it is still not producing gains then I thing a change is in order. 2 years is a long time to go without gains and I thing a major over-haul of your program is very important. You definitely have commitment so I think in the dedication area your all set. I agree with what everyone is saying and think you should bump up the time you jelq. After 2 years your penis is pretty well conditioned and I think a 7 day on program may even be beneficial. I would also highly suggest a stretching routine.

I agree with what’s been said about upping your regiment. Been PEing about 2.5 months, and my gains appear to be going through the roof, especially since I am on a 7 day regimen. I spread out my exercises during the day, usually when I first get up in the AM and then I go to the john. Do about 600 jelqs, 1200 kegels, 200 RK’s, tons of stretches every day, then about every other day a hard workout mid day after I get home, and it’s quiet, before wifey gets home.
