My plan is to try and gain a good amount of length from manual stretching and then go into clamping( I don’t think i want to hang). Hey Nickleplate, Whats up dude? My gains come from may come from the stretching of the newbie routine. You know, up, down, side to side and what I call A round the world. I have to say that the newbie is in my opinion just a warm up, so I think. I really believe my length gains are from clamping. It’s all about the way you position the clamp when you are swelled. Then I have my sets, go back and read my regiment.
1. Squeeze sort of jelq
2. Edge (my favorite set)
3. Pull
I feel the gains come from all of my sets, but the last set really makes it all happen for length. You see, my routine concentrates on both girthing and lengthening. The both of the best is my routine.
